These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Associate,” “Partner,” or “You”) and I Care for Bharat (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). Our platform enables users to access training, promote socially responsible products, track performance, and receive commissions. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

1. Eligibility and Registration

   To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into a contract under Indian law. Registration as an associate or partner requires valid identity proof and bank details for commission payments. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Incorrect or misleading information may lead to suspension or termination of your account. Upon successful registration, each user receives a personalized dashboard to monitor activity, access training, track referrals, and more.

2. Description of Services

   I Care for Bharat provides a digital platform offering services such as onboarding, product promotion, performance tracking, and customer support. This includes a structured associate registration process, personalized dashboards with analytics, a dedicated support system, and integration with secure third-party payment systems like Razorpay for all financial transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

   As a registered user, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, provide accurate information, and use the platform for lawful purposes only. You must avoid impersonation, referral manipulation, fraudulent activities, harassment, or attempting to hack or disrupt the platform. Violations may lead to suspension, withholding of earnings, or legal action.

4. Payments and Commissions

   Commissions will be paid weekly or monthly depending on the chosen commission plan. Payments are processed through Razorpay and require successful KYC verification. The Company may review earnings for suspected fraud, reverse commissions for cancellations or disputes, deduct TDS as per law, and adjust payouts to comply with legal and tax regulations.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

   Associates will not earn commissions for returned or cancelled products. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days depending on the payment method and banking timelines.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

   All content on the I Care for Bharat platform—including logos, text, designs, training materials, software, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

   I Care for Bharat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as financial loss, data breaches, service interruptions, or loss of goodwill. In any case, our liability will not exceed the commission amount paid to the user during the previous three months.

8. Termination of Services

   We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms, engage in unethical or fraudulent activities, or fail to submit required documents. Upon termination, dashboard access is revoked and pending earnings may be withheld pending investigation.

9. Amendments and Updates

   These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be published on our platform. Continued use after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
